Tim O’Hanlon Strategic Management Services (TOSMS) is a specialist governance and transformation consultancy focused on helping organisations rethink governance paradigms that are no longer fit for purpose.

This experience includes work shaped by global control failures and disruptive events such as Y2K, the dot-com crash, the global financial crisis and the Covid-19 pandemic.

Across these periods, the response from regulators has often been an expanding body of regulation, control requirements and compliance expectations.
