RETHINKING GOVERNANCE

Exposing what fails, exploring what works, and reshaping its future

Governance Disciplined

Steadfast guardianship through committed, expert oversight.

Governance Disciplined challenges the assumption that appointment, seniority or specialist expertise alone qualifies someone to govern. The Integrated Governance Discipline Framework (I-GDF) establishes ten Discipline Axes and 69 Discipline Standards defining the competence, conduct and accountability required of governing-body members exercising final governing authority, together with the educational, institutional and assurance arrangements needed to establish and sustain governance as a recognised profession.

This area brings together the framework, definitions, case studies, episodes, insights and articles that support the Governance Disciplined series.
